Hi Paula,
I just want to let you know how wonderful the performance from Chris/Ned Knucklehead was today. He was amazing! The kids adored him (of course!) and so did the adults. A few of them asked me how to book him for their parties - hopefully they'll contact you! I really cannot say enough about him - he was just perfect - and I'll be recommending him to my friends.
Thank so much, you've been lovely and helpful,

Wow what a fantastic group of performers today! Many thanks for sending them to me - they were awesome.
Here is some feedback that I received from people on campus -
"Many thanks for organising this, Danielle,
It's the best noise I've heard in ages! What a fantastic group, and so synchronised in everything."
Best,
Susan
"A fabulous entertainment! "
Colleen Skinner

"Thank you for getting these performers today. They were unbelievable and I can't believe we can get this type of performance at Uni"
Jane Gregory

And these were the ones that bothered to email me when the performance was over.
Please pass on my thanks to the group.
Regards
Danielle

Hi Paula
I was going to email you and let you know, they were both fantastic!! So easy to work with and they made the event a huge (and colourful) success. Lana was lovely and even braved the cold weather in her beautiful costume! I think I might have some photos so I will try and remember to send some through to you.
Thanks a million. I will call you soon to discuss some entertainment for our end of year Ball...
Thanks again!

Hi Paula,
The feedback I got from the staff and students about the Hula girls was brilliant so they well worth the wait (not that we really waited for them anyway)
Loved them! They were so nice and even though they were running a little late it didn't matter as the students came out late anyway. They really entertained the students and even stayed after the students had left to give one on one lessons with the staff (including me!)
Will be booking them again!
Thanks so much.

Re: Jessica ward – handstands on pole routine 23rd June 2010
Dear Paula,
I LOVED Jess’s performance! What a beautiful woman and such a lovely routine. Her choice in music was perfect. Her costume was ideal and her routine looked flawless. It was a tough crowd but we have had positive feedback from the public about the night. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to her for being such a good sport
You have taught me a lot about rigging and other performer’s needs and have put a smile on my face each time you emailed throughout this stressful experience. So Thank You, Paula.
I said to Jess that if we ever had a need for a performer like her in the future I would happily book her again. Likewise with you, I would book performers through you again in a heartbeat.
Thanks again for all you have done for me. I appreciate you.
Best wishes,
Rachel

ONCE upon a Saturday in September,
despite his partner
Rob’s emergency appendectomy a week
earlier, and with the
help of the neighbours, an old
pineapple farm in Montville
was the setting for an old-style
country fete and circus to celebrate
a particular 50th birthday.
In the words of the master
showman P.T. Barnum, “The
show must go on!” and it did,
according to the birthday boy,
immigration lawyer,Wayne
Parcell.
Beneath the cloudless sky,
guests were greeted by a barrow
of pineapples – one for
each year – before helium filled
balloons edged the escarpment.
The grassy common
was ringed with a variety of
old-time stalls and attractions.
Children with saucers for
eyes in wonderment of the
giant stilt walkers and the magician
conjuring delight from
the crowd – Paula from Zoom
Entertainment would be proud
of their efforts. Stephen’s
Treats and Sweets catered for
the sweet-tooth's.
The unannounced entrance
of the Belswagger Morris dancers
was an unexpected pleasure
for old and young.
The host and many friends
became honorary Morris men
for a few moments.
The more timid of the crowd
turned for sustenance to the St
Mary’s Church Auxiliary stall
to savour delicious home-made
pumpkin scones, angels on
horseback and sandwiches
with filling combinations not
seen since the host’s christening
party in 1959.
The eagerness with which
this spread was received enabled
the Auxiliary to raise $700
towards a mosaic for the St Mary’s
Memorial Garden in Montville.
All of this was augmented
with hot dogs and tasty savoury
pastries from Tom and Anne
at Beechwood Bakery in Maleny.
To sweeten the afternoon,
the baker’s neenish tarts, lamingtons
and apple slices also
went down a treat.
The wait staff Johnno, two
Toms and Elise from Sister Cafe
diligently ensured all were
fed and watered.
With the filtered sunset the
magic of the late afternoon was
fully revealed with the Sunshine
Coast Symphony Orchestra
conducted by the accomplished
Adrian King.
An enthralling accompaniment
was provided by the roving
illusionist with levitating
light sticks and rings. The orchestra
raised a rousing rendition
of Happy Birthday as well
as a donation of $2500 with
their performance.
The descent of darkness did
not extinguish the mood as the
acrobatic fire show burst into
life.
The captivation of the twirling
fire sticks culminated in a
crescendo of fire breathing before
being plunged into darkness,
with light only from a
hundred glow sticks.
From the blackness Scottish
piper Campbell then led a Hamlin-
like procession of guests
from the common to the next
stage. Louise Kennedy, formerly
of the English National Opera,
and now living locally, carried
the evening away with
lyrical interpretations of opera
classics.
An almost-traditional
Queensland country fete with
a twist of the rough end of a pineapple
was some way to celebrate
a birthday for the host
and 150 local, interstate and international
guests putting the
Blackall Ranges on everyone’s
must-visit-again map and promoting
the Sunshine Coast
Symphony Orchestra to a wider
audience.
Hi Paula!
SO SORRY FOR THE LATE REPLY! I was too exhausted to work the day after the event. And over the weekend, I gave myself a long rest :)
Yes, Emily's performance was beautiful! She was also very nice, very professional and FUN! We had a good time with her. Unfortunately, I did not see her off because I was dead tired the previous night.
Thank you so much for everything! I will not forget to write a testimonial for you...i promise :) I shall do asap :)
I'm so hoping to see you soon!
Regards,
Carol

Hey lovely Paula
Thank you so much for all your amazing efforts last night - can you believe I was totally oblivious to all those last minute hassles you had as I left my phone at home as we were at synagogue before the party! I only found out half way through the party when I met Sarah! She did a fantastic job - our youngest son Riley is an expert on getting party tattoos and he was wrapped at his butterfly. Even my friends were patiently lining up with all the kids to get one!
So thanks again for all your hard work and determination at providing quality service - it added to what turned out to be a brilliant party!
Take care

Hi Paula, July 5th 2009
Thanks for these they are great! I have to tell you we were absolutely thrilled with the performers, then again with such great service from yourself I guess it was only fitting that the girls and Simon would be also.
I cant rave about them enough Paula, they were great! Nothing was a drama for them and even though I had the other outfits laid out for the girls they were quite happy in wearing the dress and hoopla skirt and Simon said nothing about his outfit ;) They were the one thing that went smoothly and made it so much easier for a night that was a little chaotic.
Please pass on my thanks to them for their hard work and all of their efforts in making the night fantastic! Everyone loved them and it really set the theme, even if it did rain :)
Hopefully we can have them back next year, but again thank you!

Dear Paula,
First of all, thank you very much for helping us to locate such high quality performers. The shows are very good. Client and guests are happy.
We will surely need your help in the future for arranging such good quality performers and shows.
Unfortunately, we can't have the Russian bar show, but the boys' handstands is also the world class.
Thank you so much Paula! I really appreciate all your help. You have made this incredibly easy.
